Question of the Week: Which bookish fictional land you would want to travel to?? Why??
My answer for this one (and what my answer will always be) is the Shire from Lord of The Rings. It seems so peaceful, relaxing and laid back, especially compared to today’s world where there’s so much pressure to keep up with the “hustle and grind” culture. Sometimes (okay, a lot of the time), I just want to sit back, eat some food and hang out with friends, and there’s nothing wrong with that!
On a random note, I would love to visit New Zealand and be able to visit the Shire set from the Lord of The Rings movies! I grew up on this trilogy and it seems like a beautiful place to see in person.
