BEDIO: Balance in Life

Hey everyone, happy Wednesday! It’s crazy that Halloween is tomorrow, where did the month go? It seemed to fly right on by! This also means tomorrow will be my last day of Blog Everyday in October, which makes me sad, but also I’m ready for a break to be honest 😂

In case you didn’t see my post yesterday,  I’m going to be answering one of the prompts from an “Inspiration Journal” I was gifted from Nick’s mom. These have been nice to not only find something to write about, but to also reflect and think about what I want for the future.

Anyways, here are my thoughts on finding a good balance in life!

Quote:

Prompt:

What’s the meaning of life to you?

Response:

Balance.

Life (for me at least) is knowing when to step up, but also knowing when to step back.

Without balance, life can skew in one direction, and after a while it can become detrimental. After all, you can always have too much of a good thing, just as you can have too much of a bad thing.

Without the bad, you can’t appreciate the good in the same way. You can’t look back and see how far you’ve come, and be proud of yourself without having to encounter a few obstacles along the way, no matter how big or small.

No matter when you ask me, I may list that life is composed of many different things, which may change. It can be full of happiness, sadness, loneliness, boredom, frustration, dissatisfaction, laughter, love; there are so many things that make up life. For me though, the most important thing is that balance is key.

Always.

How about you guys, what is the meaning of life to you?

Thank you for reading, and I will see you tomorrow with one last post for Blog Everyday in October!
