BEDIO: Creative Dumping Ground #16

Happy Saturday everybody! I hope you’ve had a great start to your weekend!

Today, I wanted to do another creative dumping ground, because I love this poem, and I wanted to add a little something else to it. I originally posted it on Prose a couple of months ago, but felt like sharing it again, since not a lot of people have seen it 😊

I like adding imagery to my poems, especially when it comes to the moon, the stars and the night sky, because there’s so much potential there when it comes to showcasing different emotions and such. The stars can be a sign of hope, the darkness of the night sky representing the darkness within ourselves or even the feeling of being lost. There are just so many different ways to go about incorporating it into written form.

Anyways, now that I’ve blabbered on enough about it, here’s the poem… I hope you enjoy!

Add a little bit of body text (3)

And then, in honor of Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, and it being October, here’s a picture I made of a couple lyrics from “The Hearse Song”.

Don't You ever laugh as a hearse goes by For you may be the next to die

That’s all I have for today! Thanks for reading and I will see you tomorrow with more posts!
